Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Do you ship within Malaysia?
Yes! We ship nationwide across Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak.
How long does shipping take?
West Malaysia: 2–4 working days
East Malaysia: 4–7 working days
Delivery times may vary during sales, public holidays, or peak periods and stock availability.
What items are eligible for return/exchange?
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with tags and packaging intact
How do I request a return or exchange?
Contact us via WhatsApp / Instagram / Email with:
- Order number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Clear photos (if item is defective or incorrect)
- Our team will guide you through the next steps
Orders
Below are some of are common questions about orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, select your preferred item, size, and quantity, then proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your payment and your order is locked in.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. Changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately with your order number.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, we are not responsible for failed or incorrect deliveries.
My order is missing an item. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve it ASAP.

Yes. All Hustlers Only products are 100% original and designed exclusively by Hustlers Only Malaysia.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in Malaysia and manufactured by trusted production partners to meet our quality standards.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our Size Chart available on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Are the colours accurate to the photos?
We aim to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, slight colour differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
